The Aiken County Teen Pregnancy Prevention Council (ACTPPC) was developed in 1994 as a 501(c)3 organization through a partnership among public institutions and private citizens within the community.

Help Empower Youth

You will be brought to Helping Hands' donation form. Please specify in the 'Comment' box that your gift is going towards Aiken Youth Empowerment so we can ensure your donation is used as requested.

June CAP PhotoHelping Hands and its Aiken Youth Empowerment program are planning to give away more than 80,000 condoms in Aiken County in an effort to prevent teen pregnancy.

It’s a big task, and they’re seeking help in distributing the contraceptives for free to the young people they are targeting.
